We work on your behalf.  Manufacturer Dealers partner with MET as their service arm. From one service call a month to over 100 service calls a month, MET provides the right staffing solution so you can focus on selling your product. We team up and send our field service engineers to OEM training and establish a long and happy partnership on your behalf.

 

Depot Level

 

MET’s Depot maintenance provides maintenance, inventory management and logistics. We work in tandem with your organization so devices are delivered & returned on schedule. For devices that are sent home upon patient discharge, we provide the projected date of return and have alerts set for devices that have not been returned to our warehouse.
